Systems Solutions Limited (“SSI’s”) commitment to the North American Office Products Market gathers momentum; Charles Russell Named President

Sault Ste Marie ON - August 4, 2009: In a continuation of its plan to solidify its commitment to provide Business Software and Services built on Integrity, SSI has named Charles Russell President. “Undoubtedly the industry expert, Charles brings more than 30 years of proven success and versatility to the company” said Board Chairman Terry Kelly. “With Charles Russell at the helm SSI expects to accelerate its penetration of the market with quality business systems available at reasonable pricing by a customer centered company built on a foundation of Integrity”.

During the 90’s Russell was responsible for growing DDMS into the largest Office Products Software Provider in the US. After its sale to eCommerce Industries, Inc (“ECi”) in 2000 he stayed on as VP sales and marketing for ECi’s group of software companies.

“I feel that I’m back to my roots” states Russell. “SSI is privately owned by experienced office products executives who understand that the customer is our partner and that our success depends on the customer’s success. I look forward to continuing that tradition”.

SSI has been providing business software and services to the Office Products Industry since 1990. With over 100 systems installed and an experienced support and technical staff with over 150 years of Office Products experience, our ever evolving software is based on today’s technology including open source mySQL and Java.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING...
"At CHRISTIES OFFICE PLUS we find the people at SSI to be a great team to work with. They have a solid core product as well as add-on modules to meet all of your business needs for a fully integrated front end (e-commerce) and back end computer system. SSI is continually enhancing their product offerings, which makes for an even better, user-friendlier system. Some of this is because the team at SSI listens to their clients and their ever-changing needs. Their system, while fully integrated, is not complicated for our new staff to learn the basic features, which reduce learning time and allow our new staff to focus on the rest of their duties. We have been an SSI client for over 10 years and have enjoyed a great relationship, have seen many enhancements to the product; and look forward to the continued growth of a very stable, reliable product."
Lois Parr, Controller, Christies Office Plus
"KENTVALE MERCHANTS & PRO HARWARE has been a customer of SSI since 1991. Our computer system has been helping us manage our extremely varied inventory in our Country General Store, established in 1888. We started with just our main Pro Hardeare numbers in our computer system, but continue each year to add more and more. For each item, it's so helpful to see how many we've ordered in the past, how many we've sold and to whom. Unlike so many of our suppliers who sometimes complain of their computers being down for hours or even days, we've had practically no downtime with this system. I hope for many more years of great service from SSI."
Colleen (Kent) Henderson, Owner, KENTVALE MERCHANTS LTD, Your Pro Hardware
"For KIT OFFICE PLUS it is imperative that a software solution provider truly understand the business in which they are selling. The team at SSI continue to play a very active role in understanding our industry and its changes and how best they can enhance their product to ensure our utmost satisfaction. It continues to be a great pleasure to deal with a software provider who is truly interested in our needs and goals!"
