PDF Reports Menu Changes
Report Finder
This quick script can be clicked on in the pdf_reports folder and will allow a search by date and should return all reports for that date.
Directory Structure
The new script will create a separate folder for each report based on the report name generated in the pdfprintandsort script.
So before the new PDF is created all pdfs in this folder are copied into pdf_reports/<report name>/archives/<year>/
Reports matching the report name in the old archives folder are also brought in and sorted.
New pdf is created in it's own folder. So each folder will have only the most recent report plus the archives sub folder with the years.
Note: The script will only sort the current report name not all reports, so it may take a few days for all normal reports to get sorted, whenever they are printed next is when they get sorted. You have to print the report first so that it can get archived and work as expected !!

FYI - there was an update done this weekend - not all of you were effect but a majority of you were. Please email support and they will look into the issue. My recommendation is that if you don't see the report on printer "5" then I would Physicaly Print the print or do printer "1" and print and or save the report so you have a copy. The team is working on this and I apoligize that you were not notified about this change either prior to now
