Price File Updates for US Dealers:
Please remember that SSI made a change and we are now doing Monthly Updates instead of Quarterly.
Note: we do have some dealers that are doing this on a Weekly basis and some are manually doing the steps which is fine this is meant for the dealers that are to be creating their files prior to the 1st of the month.
If you didn't download your SP RICHARDS Price files and upload the files to the Full Item Update feature then the system will use the previous fle that was loaded and then you will have to download the files upload them and run the process yourself. You all should now have been trained on how this process works. If not please email support@ssiop.com or myself - shawla.erlandson@ssiop.com and we will assist and answer questions.

If you have questions or need help with this please advise! Again - this is a new process we are doing there is no charge for this feature but you have to create the Best Price File from SP Richards Dealer Services and then Upload them to SSI monthly.
