We will be having a teams meeting today to discuss the announcment that Essendant made this morning. If you are a 1st call Essendant dealer you will want to be a part of this call. If you purchase from SP 1st call and Essendant you will want to be a part of this call. If you are just SP only - you are good and no need to join - you can if you would like but not necessary.
We will be talking amoung one another listening and also SSI will have some announcements as well on what plan we will be doing

Is there a list of things we should take into account that we would decide for our company. I know several thoughts were given such as history, items we stock-conversions UNV to BSN. Website, etc. If you have a checklist for information you need to make the necessary adjustments, it may help. We can't think of everything but since the "Essendant breach" in the past, it may be a matter of just making it permanent.
