SSI Order Date Website
I would like to have the date the order was approved to become the order date instead of using the date they started the ticket. Does anyone see this as being an issue? Basically what would happen is if they created the ticket on 1/4/25 and they submitted on 1/27/25 instead of it using the 1/4 date it would use the 1/27 date. Please advise if you believe this will be okay and not cause issues with your business practices.

We updated about 12 dealers on server 4 with this fix and seems to be working as expected to now. I will continue to monitor next week and as long as there are no issue we will update this on all the other servers and I will let you know here that this is done. Thanks
